The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) provides an ideal setting in which to discover the benefits of implementing our solutions in your business. Executives and subject matter experts lead business conversations, product demonstrations and lab tours that are tailored to your company’s business challenges. You can identify options and solutions to help increase productivity, increase revenue, lower cost and simplify compliance.

The EBC is designed to reflect the global leadership and worldwide presence of our solutions. Art and cultural influences from around the world are highlighted throughout the center.

A Canadian inukshuk, a stone landmark for travelers, welcomes you in the lobby. It serves as a gateway to your briefing, which will be held in one of two state-of-the-art briefing rooms – Everest and Kilimanjaro. Everest, which is named for the highest peak on earth, features international-themed artwork: Big Ben in England; Taj Mahal in India; China’s Great Wall; Central Square in St. Petersburg, Russia; Overlook in Brazil; Tower of Piza in Italy; Heidelberg Castle in Germany; and Eiffel Tower in France. Kilimanjaro, which is named for the tallest mountain in Africa, features African, Australian and Asia Pacific South touches. The art includes plates from the Philippines and aboriginal prints.

You can find directions from the Denver International Airport to the Boulder Executive Briefing Center, to Boulder and Longmont, to area hotels, and from the hotels to the Executive Briefing Center.

DIA to Executive Briefing Center

Approximately 60-minute drive:

  1. Start out going west on Pena Boulevard.

  2. Take the E-470 TOLLWAY N EXIT (Exit 6B) toward Ft. Collins.

  3. Merge onto E-470 TOLLWAY N. (The toll is $8 for a one-way trip, and it will be billed to your rental car.)

  4. Follow E-470 TOLLWAY N to I-25 NORTH.

  5. Merge onto I-25 NORTH and follow to Hwy 52 (exit 235).

  6. Exit off I-25 NORTH at HWY 52 and turn LEFT (West) onto HWY 52.

  7. Follow HWY 52 approximately 10 miles and cross over Diagonal Hwy/Hwy 119 onto IBM Drive.

  8. Follow IBM Drive up to the main entrance (look for the flagpole).

  9. Park in any open spot on the "top parking lot" and enter the Ricoh main entrance (just to the right/north of the IBM main entrance).

DIA to St. Julien Hotel

Approximately 60-minute drive:

  7. Turn left onto CANYON BLVD.

  8. Turn right onto 9TH St.

  9. Turn right onto WALNUT ST.

  10. The ST. JULIEN HOTEL and valet drive will be on your right.

  9. The HOTEL BOULDERADO is on the left side of 13TH Street, just past Spruce Street.

DIA to Boulder

Approximately 60-minute drive:

  1. Start out going west on Pena Boulevard.

  2. Take the E-470 TOLLWAY N EXIT (Exit 6B) toward Ft. Collins.

  3. Merge onto E-470 TOLLWAY N. (The toll is $8 for a one-way trip, and it will be billed to your rental car.)

  4. Follow E-470 TOLLWAY N for 18 miles.

  5. E-470 TOLLWAY N becomes NORTHWEST PKWY W - follow for 8.6 miles.

  6. NORTHWEST PKWY W becomes STORAGETEK DR. - follow for just under 1 mile and you'll see the signs for US HWY 36 WEST to Boulder.

  7. Merge onto US HWY 36 WEST into Boulder.

  8. From this point, enter in the hotel addresses to get to the Boulder area hotels.

DIA to Longmont

Approximately 60-minute drive:

  1. Start out going west on Pena Boulevard.

  2. Take the E-470 TOLLWAY N EXIT (Exit 6B) toward Ft. Collins.

  3. Merge onto E-470 TOLLWAY N. (The toll is $8 for a one-way trip, and it will be billed to your rental car.)

  4. Follow E-470 TOLLWAY N to I-25 NORTH.

  5. Merge onto I-25 NORTH and follow to Hwy 52 (exit 235).

  6. Exit off I-25 NORTH at HWY 52 and turn LEFT (West) onto HWY 52.

  7. Follow HWY 52 approximately 10 miles and until you reach the stoplight at Diagonal Hwy/Hwy 119. (IBM and Ricoh will be directly in front of you.)

  8. Turn RIGHT/NORTH onto Diagonal Hwy/Hwy 119 and follow Hwy 119 about 5 miles into Longmont.

  9. From this point, enter in the hotel addresses to get to the Longmont area hotels.

St. Julien Hotel to Executive Briefing Center

Approximately 20-minute drive:

  1. Start out going EAST (right) on WALNUT ST toward 10TH ST.

  2. Turn RIGHT onto BROADWAY ST/CO-7.

  3. Turn LEFT onto CANYON BLVD/CO-119 N/CO-7 S. and follow for 1.1 miles.

  4. Turn LEFT onto 28TH ST/US-36 W/CO-119 N. and follow for 1.3 miles

  5. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto DIAGONAL HWY/CO-119 N. and follow for 4.5 miles.

  6. Follow DIAGONAL HWY/CO-119 N and go through the stoplight at 63rd Street.

  7. One stoplight past 63rd Street is IBM DRIVE.

  8. Turn LEFT onto IBM DRIVE and follow IBM DRIVE up to the main entrance (look for the flagpole).

  9. Park in any open spot on the "top parking lot" and enter the Ricoh main entrance (just to the right/north of the IBM main entrance).

Approximately 25-minute drive:

  1. From the Boulder main area road, 28th Street, head NORTHWEST on 28th Street to DIAGONAL HWY/HWY 119.

  2. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto DIAGONAL HWY/CO-119 N. and follow for 4.5 miles.

  3. Follow DIAGONAL HWY/CO-119 N and go through the stoplight at 63rd Street.

  4. One stoplight past 63rd Street is IBM DRIVE.

  5. Turn LEFT onto IBM DRIVE and follow IBM DRIVE up to the main entrance (look for the flagpole).

  6. Park in any open spot on the "top parking lot" or in Lot D Visitor Parking and enter the Ricoh main entrance (just to the right/north of the IBM main entrance).

  1. From the Longmont main area road, Ken Pratt Blvd/DIAGONAL HWY/HWY 119, head SOUTH towards Boulder on DIAGONAL HWY/HWY 119

  2. Follow DIAGONAL HWY/HWY 119 for approximately 5 miles to IBM DRIVE.

  3. Turn RIGHT onto IBM DRIVE and follow IBM Drive up to the main entrance (look for the flagpole)

  4. Park in any open spot on the "top parking lot" or in Lot D Visitor Parking and enter into the Ricoh main entrance (just to the right / north of the IBM main entrance).
