What’s included?
Productivity Tracker software provides a Web server that runs on a PC you provide to help you retrieve, store and display printer monitor data. Productivity Tracker is supported on Windows® operating systems, and the Web server ships with the Productivity Tracker software install image.
Productivity Tracker enables increased control of end-to-end print operations and user-defined events, and it supports multiple clients without the cost of additional licenses.
How is data captured?
The printers that are set up to work with Productivity Tracker send operational data to the server so that a database of operational events can be built. Productivity Tracker includes the Apache Tomcat Derby to store the data from the printers in the database, which can be accessed by your applications.
How do I define and display events?
You can define events, such as pre/post activities, and add them to the production events/statistics database through an easy-to-use graphical interface on the printer console. Then you can extract data from the database to create customized spreadsheets to display the events. With the ability of multiple users to easily access the database, you can facilitate more points of control and broad use of production operational data.
What reports are included?
Sample basic reports, in the form of templates, provide the basic tools you need to organize, analyze and display the operational data. Sample basic reports that can be organized by enterprise, print center, print system, work shift or operator include:
- Throughput Report
- SNMP Throughput Report
- Operator Production
- Work Shift Production
- Print Production
- Print Server Volume (link to InfoPrint ProcessDirector server)
- Intervention
- Printer State
- SNMP Printer State
- Toner Adds
You can also use the custom reports tool to design customized templates and reports. Specific, customized reports and analysis software are your responsibility, although we offer installation and training services.
