To find and order a replaceable part for your printer in the United States or Canada, please follow these instructions.
InfoPrint Solutions Company printersIf your printer is covered by warranty or a maintenance agreement, please call InfoPrint Solutions Company Service at 1-800-426-7378. If applicable, a Certified Engineer will be dispatched to replace the part.
If your printer is out of warranty or maintenance coverage, please refer to the service manual to find the part number. To order a service manual for your printer, please see the InfoPrint Publications Center. Once you have the part number, you can order the part by calling General InfoPrint Solutions Company Parts Ordering at 1-800-388-7080. General InfoPrint Solutions Company Parts Ordering cannot place your order without the part number.
Non-InfoPrint Solutions Company printersIf your printer is covered by warranty or a maintenance agreement, please call InfoPrint Solutions Company Service at 1-800-426-7378. A Technical Support representative will assist you in determining the part number and ordering the part. If applicable, a Certified Engineer will be dispatched to replace the part.
If your printer is out of warranty or maintenance coverage, please refer to the service manual to find the part number. Once you have the part number, you can order the part by calling General InfoPrint Solutions Company Parts Ordering at 1-800-388-7080. General InfoPrint Solutions Company Parts Ordering cannot place your order without the part number.
